Plastic Industries primarily produces recycled plastics. This involves size reduction, separation technologies, and extrusion. The company purchases post-industrial plastic scrap and sells high-quality recycled plastics.
Recycled Plastics:
Plastic Industries recycles a variety of post-industrial plastics. We buy scrap or surplus plastic in all forms. We sell high-quality recycled regrind, pellets, and powder. Our products include Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Polystyrene (PS), and a wide variety of other plastics. We process virtually all types of thermoplastics.
Toll Processing Services:
Many manufacturers and processors have specific processing needs that Plastic Industries can fill: Granulating, pulverizing, extrusion, contamination removal, sizing, packaging and warehousing. Plastic Industries also has a fleet of trucks to make deliveries as well as custom unloading and packaging of rail cars. Whatever the processing need, Plastic Industries can fill it with quality services at a competitive price.
Facility:
Plastic Industries plant is located in the beautiful state of Idaho in the city of Preston at 1234 Industrial Park Road. It is strategically positioned to service the entire Western and Mid-Western United States. Our 30,000 square foot plant and warehouses have several loading and unloading docks.
Equipment:
We have three granulators, varying in style and size. A fines removal system, a ferrous and non-ferrous metal detection and removal system, sorting systems, a pulverizer, that assures consistent grind and maximum throughput, an extruder with blending equipment and several different types of large saws.
